FEBRUARY THE 14th, 2025

For 17 years, THE HEAVENT AWARDS, created by Romuald Gadrat and organized by Weyou Group, have celebrated the most remarkable events of the past year.

They represent a unique opportunity to give significant visibility to the most outstanding event achievements that took place between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

THE HEAVENT AWARDS have also been rewarding since 2023:

  • Venues and/or destinations that have hosted or co-hosted large-scale events
  • Service providers who have executed exceptional technical events

Awards

1 – BtoB Event Award
An event aimed at a professional audience, regardless of the format: meeting, conference, exhibition, roadshow, seminar, evening, product launch, etc.

 

2 – BtoC Event Award
An event aimed at a final customer, regardless of the format: meeting, conference, exhibition, roadshow, evening, pop-up store, etc.

 

3 – Influence and Media Relations Event Award
An event designed to establish, strengthen, and/or manage relationships between a brand and influencers, journalists, media, and/or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

 

4 – Incentive or Team Building Travel Award
An event aimed at thanking and/or motivating teams, employees, or partners through a day or a trip.

 

5 – Internal Communication Event Award
An event aimed at an internal audience: sharing information, strengthening cohesion/relationships, celebration. Formats: meeting, product launch, sales team meeting, internal evening, study day, seminar, etc.

 

6 – Public Brand Activation Award
An event designed to engage consumers/the general public directly with a brand. Objective: to create an emotional connection and buzz, enhance brand awareness, and generate business. Formats: pop-up store, street marketing, game, event setup, digital campaign, roadshow, festival, etc.

 

7 – Exceptional/Commemorative/Grand Ceremony Event Award
A spectacular and unique event such as a commemoration, grand ceremony, summit, etc., gathering a large number of guests and requiring exceptional and memorable design, technical execution, and logistics.

 

8 – Fashion/Beauty/Luxury Runway/Show Award
A prestigious event dedicated to presenting collections, products, or concepts related to the fashion, beauty, or luxury industries. Format: runway or show.

 

9 – Sport Brand Activation Event Award – Summer 2024
Event initiatives aimed at promoting a brand during major global sports events in the summer of 2024. Formats: roadshow, pop-up store, fan zone, temporary store, sports challenge, etc.

 

It should be noted that the jury will also award a Grand Prix France and a Grand Prix International.


These last two categories will not be subject to public voting.

1- Submission of application files before February 14, 2025
Online registration is open from December 16, 2024, to February 14, 2025. All companies, agencies, and organizers of trade shows and conferences that have produced an event corresponding to one of the 9 categories listed below may apply.
Please note that the same application may be submitted in a maximum of two categories.

 

Important: Applications will only be validated upon receipt of the participation fee and if the application form is duly completed.

 

2- Selection of Finalists by the end of February 2025
Partner associations, Heavent, News Événements, and some jury members will select 3 to 7 finalist files per category.
The nominated agencies will be notified by email.

 

3- Presentation on March 26 and 27, 2025
Finalists – agencies and advertisers – must jointly present their project before the jury on March 26 and 27 in Cannes. These presentations will be followed by a jury deliberation session, which will vote to select the winners, with the jury’s vote accounting for 60% of the final score.

 

4- HEAVENT AWARDS Ceremony on March 27, 2025
The ceremony will take place in the large auditorium of the Palais des Festivals and Congresses in Cannes, in front of all the key players in the event industry: top buyers and participants of Heavent Meetings. They will participate in the election of the winners by voting, contributing 40% of the overall score.

  • Creativity / Innovation: Creative, original idea and technological innovation

  • Quality of Execution: Design, finishing, technical mastery, logistics, etc.

  • Effectiveness: Achievement of objectives (ROI, KPIs, studies, media and/or business impact)

  • Quality of the Oral Presentation during the Defense
    CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): Consideration of environmental and social issues in the execution

  • Joint Presentation by the Agency AND the Advertiser

By submitting an application, each candidate agrees to comply with the rules:

  • Deadline for submission of materials: administrative file, questionnaire, videos, participation fees, etc.
  • Compliance with the requested materials
  • Defense Schedule: Agencies AND advertisers commit to being jointly available on March 26 and 27, 2025, for the defense in Cannes (return to Paris on March 28, 2025)

 

Applications will only be validated upon receipt of the payment for the participation fees and if the application file is duly completed.

 

For Heavent Meetings 2025 Exhibitors:

  • Free Registration

 

For French Applications:

  • €950 excl. VAT (i.e. €1,140 incl. VAT) for submitting one file.
    €400 excl. VAT (i.e. €480 incl. VAT) for submitting the same file in another category or for submitting another file
  • For agencies that are members of L’événement Asso and not exhibiting at Heavent Meetings 2025, the cost of submitting one file is €600 excl. VAT (i.e. €720 incl. VAT) + €400 excl. VAT (i.e. €480 incl. VAT) for submitting the same file in another category or for submitting another file.
 

Note: We are pleased to offer round-trip transportation (Paris/Nice) and two 5-star hotel nights in Cannes (March 26 and 27, 2025) for the advertiser selected by the jury.

 

For International Applications:

  • €950 excl. VAT (i.e. €1,140 incl. VAT) for submitting one file.
    €400 excl. VAT (i.e. €480 incl. VAT) for submitting the same file in another category or for submitting another file.
  • An early bird rate is offered if you submit your file before January 15, 2025: €850 excl. VAT (i.e. €1,020 incl. VAT) for submitting one file. €350 excl. VAT (i.e. €420 incl. VAT) for submitting the same file in another category or for submitting another file.

 

Note: We are pleased to offer three 5-star hotel nights in Cannes to the nominees pre-selected by the jury: 2 people per file (1 person from the agency and 1 advertiser).

Awards

1- Award for the event produced or co-produced by a destination, exhibition centre or convention centre

Online registrations are open from December 16, 2024, to February 14, 2025.

These applications are not subject to a presentation before the HEAVENT AWARDS jury. They are exclusively submitted to public voting during the HEAVENT AWARDS ceremony on March 27, 2025.

Online registrations are open from December 16, 2024, to February 14, 2025.

These applications are not subject to a presentation before the HEAVENT AWARDS jury. They are exclusively submitted to public voting during the HEAVENT AWARDS ceremony on March 27, 2025.
